Need your playground equipment by Christmas? Here's a quick guide to our holiday shipping deadlines. Because our products ship from a variety of vendors and warehouses, deadlines vary per "Store" or "Brand" on our website.
Order Deadlines for Christmas 2023
Note that the deadlines below are for the least expensive "Ground" shipping (Flat Rate and Free Shipping orders) which typically requires at most 5 or 6 business days in transit. Add the following number of days to the deadline schedule for expedited shipping (does not apply to freight shipped items such as slides):
- 3 Day Shipping – Add 2 business days
- 2 Day Shipping – Add 3 business days
- Next Day Shipping – Add 4 business days

* The provided deadlines do not any custom made items. PlaysetParts.com is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments by the shipping provider (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). If possible, to best assure your items arrive before Christmas, please order well in advance of the above deadlines.
** Please note there is no guaranteed transit time for large items shipped via common carrier freight truck, such as slides and swing sets. While we will process these orders as quickly as possible, it is best to place orders for these items with plenty of time in advance for delivery before Christmas.
Some orders may be delayed due to insufficient or invalid addresses provided, wrong quantities ordered, or other problems with the order. In such cases, our team will promptly contact you to resolve any issues with the order so it can ship out ASAP.
